DAMY^® 3806 – semi automatic dosing/conditioning unit

• The semi automatic dosing/conditioning unit DAMY^® 3806 is designed for filling & dosing food products, liquid or pasty, with or without bits as:
  - plain yoghurt, flavoured yoghurt, stirred yoghurt with fruits, fresh cream, custard, white soft cheese, fruit juice, soup, gravy sauce, etc.
• It enables conditioning in preformed plastic cups & thermo sealing with pre-cut aluminium lids.
• The operator has only to feed the empty hole of the carrousel table top with an empty cup and to remove simultaneously the one already filled and sealed.
  One single size of cup allowed.
• For this operation done at the front of the machine the operator can remain seated.

DAMY^® 4107 – automatic dosing/conditioning unit
for liquid &pasty products

• The automatic dosing/conditioning unit DAMY^® 4107 is designed for dosing food products, liquid or pasty, with or without bits, as:
  - plain yoghurt, flavoured yoghurt, stirred yoghurt with fruits, fresh cream, custard, white soft cheese, fruit juices, soups, gravy sauce, etc….
• It enables conditioning in preformed plastic cups & thermo sealing with aluminium lids. Operator only has to keep filled both empty cup and lid magazines of the unit. From each magazine, the carrousel table top is fed automatically at the corresponding step and then each cup filled and sealed is evacuated.
• Different sizes of cups are allowed: By using a different set of rings to change the size of holes made on the carrousel table top. Per each additional cup size, One spare set of rings must be asked with the order of the unit or later on when needed.
